Choose the type of massage you'd like from one of the following:
Soothing Touch: For those who like a lighter, more gentle touch. Good for stress reduction. It has a high emphasis on relaxation with a low emphasis on therapy.
Sports Touch: Designed for the athlete or person who likes deeper pressure and a greater emphasis on therapy. Session format can vary from traditional deep tissue massage to something that looks and feels like physical therapy with stretch-release techniques, placing the client in different body positions for effective muscular release.
Therapeutic Touch: A perfect blend of gentle touch and deep tissue tailored to your needs with a moderate emphasis on therapy.
Pregnancy Massage: You can get a massage at any time during your pregnancy. Side-lying massage is recommended once you pass the 20th week of your pregnancy.
Hot Stones
If you've never tried Keno's Hot Stone Therapy, you're missing out! Unlike a hot stone massage where you have stones placed on your body, Keno utilizes the warm, smooth stones as tools to massage the stress right out of your muscles in conjunction with his hands. Not only do the hot stones have a therapeutic value, they feel soooo good!
